Cristi Marchetti
Co-Founder
Cristi brings 23 years of K-13 classroom and school leadership experience to SharkWeave. A Fulbright Distinguished Award in Teaching recipient, she conducted research on community-centered schools at Queen's University Belfast, Northern Ireland.
She holds a graduate degree in Education Leadership from Harvard University. Cristi has spent her career inside the institutions SharkWeave is designed to protect, and she founded this company because no equivalent existed.

Stephanee Thornton
Co-Founder
Stephanee brings deep experience in education systems, student access, and program development to SharkWeave. As a program launch manager she works at the intersection of institutional strategy and learner success, understanding how systems either support or fail the people inside them.
A Harvard Graduate School of Education student in the same Online Education Leadership cohort where SharkWeave took shape, Stephanee brings both a practitioner's instincts and a researcher's discipline to the work.
She co-founded SharkWeave because she understood that the families most affected by school safety failures deserved a solution built by people who know education from the inside.
